Have you ever stopped and looked at your pet and thought – “I wonder what’s going on in your head?”
For centuries humans have pondered whether animals have thoughts, if their thoughts are like ours and whether the sheer question is more about us projecting human attributes onto animals rather than fact.
This week we look at the conventional and the not so conventional methods of understanding animals.
We’ll also talk to Farmer Dave Graham live from the Dog Lovers Show about Positive Dog Training and how you can use it to teach your fur-baby new tricks!
Also in this edition of Pets-A-Loud:
- The Dog Lovers Show has made a return and The Lost Dogs’ Home and National Pet Register will be there! We cross live to stall 430 to find out what we’re doing at this weekend’s show.
- We speak with Carol Gurney from the Gurney Institute about Animal Communication ahead of her animal communication seminar in mid-May.
- And, we’ll be joined by a Melbourne volunteer from Street Dog Care in Nepal about how the shelter is coping following the devastating earthquake which hit the region last weekend.
