Independent Sydney MP & Co-Chair Australian Alex Greenwich @AlexGreenwich about the recent marriage equality bill. Alex says we got the result we wanted. It was a combined effort of many people and he is totally focused not on those who abstained or voted no, but celebrates those supported the bill for marriage equality. Next week the debate goes into the House of Reps & will have to pass unamended to ensure we can have the bill passed past before the end of the year. It’s not going to be an easy week.
