Councillor Rohan Leppert @RohanLeppert chairs the Arts, Culture and Heritage portfolio and has thrown his hat in the ring. 33 years old and a member of our community Rohan wants to see more attention in the LGBTQI+ community in ageing. The City of Melbourne is a funder of JOY as well.
