Kerryn Phelps – Time for Pill Testing?

Pill testing is a hot topic Professor Kerryn Phelps @drkerrynphelps has proposed more evidence on pill testing but @VictorianLabor says they won’t consider it. This evidence and experiment/trial will help to give politicians and lawmakers the information they need to move forward. The warnings can reduce the number of people to take pills and assist agencies to understand what is in the marketplace. This is not the whole answer, but part of a solution.
