The battle for Higgins is heating up. The Federal election is a long way off but this seat is undergoing demographic & cultural change. Steve says it will be hard for Labor to take the seat. Macca predicts election will be in March, but Steve they will hold out to May. This is a shambolic government. They are not in control of policy, parliament or anything.
