Lesley Podesta @Podesta_Lesley joins us from the Alannah & Madeline Foundation @AlannahMadeline, which is a national charity protecting children from violence, bullying and cyber-bullying. Bullying & guns are related. The Alannah & Madeline Foundation was set up after the Port Arthur Massacre by their father Walter who is a potent force for gun law reform. The anniversary is the end of April when the girls were murdered along with their mother Nanette. The Foundation works across Australia with immediate support for kids who have experience violence. Many of the children they support with have seen their parent being murdered.
