Voluntary Assisted Dying laws come into effect

The Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2017 (Vic) comes into effect on June 19, making Victoria the first state in Australia to allow “voluntary assisted dying”. Jenny Mikakos @JennyMikakos, Health Minister, is on the phone to discuss what we expect from this new legislation.
