Erica James is the face of Cricket Australia‘s new transgender policy. Erica didn’t play team sport for 27 years, but transitioned in July 2016 & planned to start playing. The recommended guideline is 10 nanomoles of testosterone for international participation but for local teams Cricket Australia doesn’t want misunderstanding that trans people are not allowed
