Victoria is facing a recycling crisis. The Victorian Greens @VictorianGreens commissioned the analysis for a $50 million government-owned recycling centre that would enable processing of half the plastics gathered in Victoria. Vic Greens leader, Samantha Ratnam @SamanthaRatnam talks us through the possibilities.
