Pia Cerveri is a social worker who specialises in working with children and their families, youth justice and with women in the Victorian prison system. Committed to achieving gender equity, Pia is currently the co-Lead of the Women’s and Equality Team at Victorian Trades Hall Council. She talks about the work they have undertaken highlighting the experiences of LGBTIQA+ workers across Victoria, the key challenges they face, the causes and collective solutions.
