The new Religious Discrimination Bill will immunise bigotry. Anna Brown @AnnaEquality, CEO of Equality Australia @EqualityAU says it will establish double standards, allowing religious organisations the ability to discriminate against others with different or no belief. Even saying HIV is a punishment by god, would be protected. We’ve gone backwards. The negative features of the bill create a chilling effect in workplaces & schools
