Luke Beck @DrLukeBeck, Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at Monash University reminds us that the religious discrimination bill is still a live issue. Everyone agrees the religious discrimination bill is a bad idea – worker’s, unions, religious groups. This bill authorises people to discriminate. Also, the sports grants program as a whole is in fact unconstitutional on the basis is there’s no law that enables the expenditure of tax payer’s money.
