Emma King is the CEO of the Victorian Council of Social Service @VCOSS, Victoria’s peak social advocacy body, raising awareness of the causes and effects of poverty. Emma says COVID normal will be devastating. We will see more under employment, economy not to pick up until, end 2021. For women particularly, with more precarious & lower paid work. Key issues we already face like social housing.  It’s a no brainer on every front. Emma is looking towards the coming Victorian Government’s budget as a well-being budget.
