Timothy Jones @immanent is a senior lecturer in History and social researcher at LaTrobe University and co-author of a ground-breaking report, “Healing Spiritual Harms: Supporting recovery from LGBTQA+ change and suppression practises“, which he’s also covered recently in a piece for The Conversation.
Produced in partnership with the Australian GLBTIQ Multicultural Council, The Brave Network, LaTrobe University, Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health & Society, Macquarie University, and the Victorian State Government, the report shows the damaging impact such practises have on the mental health of those who experience it.
