Nevena and Macca are joined live in the studio by Jade Blakkarly (CEO: The Wire), and on the phone by Nelly Thomas, Broadcaster and Educator as they discuss, ‘The Good Old Days Weren’t That Good’.
At Melbourne’s illustrious Capitol Theatre on Thursday 7th March, a “great debate” will take place called The Good Old Days Weren’t That Good, hosted by comedian, educator and broadcaster Nelly Thomas and featuring Yumi Stynes, Claire Hooper, Janty Blair, Rana Hussain, Chris Ryan, Meg Elkins, Geraldine Hickey and Ro Allen. The event will explore women’s economic empowerment as a tool to end social injustice, enable real equity and inspire awareness and action for a more inclusive future. I’m sure you’ll agree – it’s a massive lineup! It will be an evening of education, playfulness, and fun.
