Better Together® 2024 will explore the current issues facing the LGBTIQA+ movement in Australia. Delegates representing Australia’s diverse LGBTIQA+ communities and organisations will come together to share ideas and experiences, learn from each other, forge alliances and ultimately work together to build a better world for LGBTIQA+ Australians.
Better Together® 2024 will once again feature exciting guest speakers from around the world. Several pre-conference events will be running to explore how different parts of our community might work towards being Better Together
Anastasia Le (she/her) is a passionate intersectional advocate. Her experience of being forcibly displaced, of being trans and CALD fuels her drive on various Equity and Equality Platforms.
One of her recent projects for work is building pathways for exonerated/former incarcerated LGBTIQA+ access to inclusion and accessibility to social services to obtain and sustain meaningful employment. Her endeavour is to help the most neglected, the most invisible voices to be heard, help making them feel as part of a community.
