   • Julie to talk about how NAB has launched a dedicated resource page that is designed to assist when customers are looking to affirm details with us.

3. Supporting small businesses and non-profit customers
   • Julie to talk about our AWEI Platinum Project aimed at enhancing LGBTQIA + inclusion within NAB and the broader community – i.e. how this is supporting small business and not-for-profit partners.

4. Rate cuts – will NAB pass on the rate cut?

• Julie to talk about NAB cutting home loan and business loan rates by 0.25% (effective 28 Feb) and encourage listeners to get informed about their options so they can take advantage of the cut.
