Sean Hall is the founder of Energx and a mental health expert who focuses on workplace and energy and anti-burnout strategies.   After experiencing burnout twice, he developed a system called “Energy Intelligence” (ExIQ) to help individuals and companies build resilience. Hall uses principles from neuroscience, psychology, and other fields to create practical, science-backed programs to improve employee well-being, creativity, and performance.
