Dale Park, Co-convenor Victorian Gay & Lesbian Rights Lobby @VGLRL discusses poll results on LGBT workplace discrimination. Most Australians are surprised to hear that current federal anti-discrimination laws provide protection on the basis of race, sex, disability and age but do not include the same legal protections for LGBTIQ people.
