Melinda Rich, @JOY949 president & chair. This week we had an announcement from @DanielAndrewsMP that JOY will receive $200K in recurrent funding. What difference does it make? It gives us a basis to plan instead of year by year. These funds are a game changer for JOY & we will be using them well.
