Stuart Hildyard, Chief Technology Officer, La Trobe University talks about how La Trobe University is collaborating with the IBM Cloud Garage team to create and deploy a COVID-19 chatbot that will be able to quickly and accurately answer many of the frequently asked questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms. Additionally, the chatbot will be able to access state and federal restrictions and information covering the status of the University as lockdowns continue across the country.
