Sexual Harassment in the legal profession

Rhea Dhillon, Special Counsel at Phi Finney McDonald, was the co-author of a recent article in The Guardian with Olivia McMillan and Sally Shera-Jones covering the recent allegations of sexual harassment in the legal profession. It’s a massive barrier to women entering the profession, and isn’t helped by men in the profession turning a blind eye resulting in a culture that has allowed his behaviour to continue.
