On this  episode of Spoken Word we were delighted to be joined live in the studio by spoken word artist, actor, spontaneous poet and neuro-spicy Jasmine Downing, as we discussed her up coming show at Club Voltaire and living with Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and how it impacts her life, her career and her art.

Topics we discussed: Neuro-spiciness, sexuality, mental health, inspiration, art, poetry and so much more.

Actor, poet, and dopamine-seeking wild child, Jasmine, has staged a live poetry performance that is immersive and interactive. Huich Go’s live violin provides inspiration for my improv poetry, sending you into the realm of play, prose, and reflection. Sunflower death, seeds of truth, and heartfelt songs can be expected.
