On this  episode of Spoken Word we were delighted to be joined live in the studio by spoken word artist, actor, spontaneous poet and neuro-spicy Jasmine Downing, as we discussed her up coming show at Club Voltaire and living with Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and how it impacts her life, her career and her art.

Topics we discussed: Neuro-spiciness, sexuality, mental health, inspiration, art, poetry and so much more.

Actor, poet, and dopamine-seeking wild child, Jasmine, has staged a live poetry performance that is immersive and interactive.
