Young artists Brit D’Argaville and Kate Fitzgerald who are 2 of the 40 artists in Victoria, who have their VCE artwork exhibited in StArt Up:Top Arts 2015 at NGV Studio at Fed Square (until 28 June). They talk about their own and others’ artworks and their future plans.
Mae Anna Pang— Senior Curator of Asian art at NGV tells us about a new Exhibition from 27 March to 21 June – A Golden Age of China: Qianlong Emperor 1736-1795. Mae discusses the beautifully preserved and exquisite pieces, the types of art and objects including a few European ones, stand-out pieces, her role in the exhibition and the multi-media at the end of the exhibition.
