On this week’s show hosts Rowan and Rebeckah replay an encore interview with New Zealand transgender personality Mary Haddock-Staniland. Together they spoke about the importance of diversity, visibility, and the future. New Doctor Who BBC audio drama ‘Stranded’ will have a trans companion, played by trans actress Rebecca Root (who had been in Doctor Who audio dramas before, but always in cis roles).
