What was life like for LGBTQIA+ people who grew up overseas?
Have they experienced the same things as us here in Australia?
Was coming out harder or easier?
Are there the same opportunities for queer identifying people as there are in Australia?

We were joined by two lovely people who shared their experiences on growing up overseas.
Pedro, who’s 26 and grew up in Portugal.
And Angie, who’s 24, and was born in Austria, then moved around to Malaysia, China, Israel then Australia.

We also spoke to Micah from Minus18 about awesome things happening for IDAHOBIT day!
