Unicorn Youth
Unicorn Youth is the program that is giving young queer people a voice.
Each week host Delsi Moleta will be joined by a member of our LGBTQIA youth community to discuss issues that matter to them. The theme of the show will be decided by the guest presenter as well as all the music played throughout the episode.
We could discuss anything from issues relating to coming out to your family to where to hang out on weekends or where to meet like-minded peeps.
Delsi Moleta is a high school teacher, Safe Schools representative and the creator of queer events such as Unicorns. She believes in listening to people who often don't get the chance to be heard and doing everything in her power to support queer young people.
If you are aged between 10 and 18 and would like to co-present a segment on Unicorn Youth, just shoot us an email at unicornyouth@joy.org.au make sure to include the topic that you would like to cover and any songs you would like to play.
