Dr Elise Bialylew is a mindfulness meditation expert on a mission to improve the wellbeing of our society and our planet, and is the founder of Mindful in May.

Elise joins Jack and Rachel to discuss the program, and what you can achieve in ten minutes of mindfulness a day.

They also talk about their book The Happiness Plan, and how to build the habit daily of mindfulness.
