Healthy Holidays

Christmas by choice, Not by proxy…

As we enter into the holiday season for another year, we reflect upon some of the discomforts that come up for our community when expectations arise around spending time with family. Self-care and knowing your boundaries are really important during this time. Some of us don’t have family and some of us have chosen families. We’re often out of our comfort zone and routine which can cause some unexpected emotions. Thorne Harbours Claire Noone joins Renee to talk about some strategies you can put in place to keep you feeling safe, healthy and happy this holiday season.

This show, Episode #649 originally aired Thursday 20th December 2018.
