Coming Out and Mental Health

Mental Health, Trans & Gender Diverse

This week on Well, Well, Well, Amelia and Jessie are joined by Sara from Alphabet Soup and Adrian from Minus 18 who come on to discuss mental health and coming out. Sara shares her personal experience of coming out later in life as a transwoman and Adrian speaks of his coming out process as a young gay man as well as some of the work he’s doing with young people in this space. A deeply moving and honest discussion on a very complex, layered topic that does not get enough attention – our mental health.
