It’s hard to believe it’s only been a little over a week since the Orlando shootings. Our special show last week has already become a very popular podcast and one we at JOY are very proud of.

It is out of the pain and despair of that event that this inspirational show comes, where one young 17 year old in rural New Zealand turned that horror into a show of Pride.

• How did a Pride Parade go from an idea to reality in just 5 days?

To take us on a journey of hope in the land of the long white cloud, we speak with Ethan Morse – a high school student in rural Tauranga in New Zealand who organised Tauranga’s first ever Pride Parade.
