Yesterday Once More

1 Jul 2015

Third Birthday Retrospective

Music

Hi Listeners

In the first week of July 2012 ‘Yesterday Once More’ first went to air on JOY 94.9. Our first theme was ‘Nostalgia’ which summed up the direction the show would take. After that we indulged in our own choices before embarking on a series of theme-related programs. It is interesting to note that even after three years we can still find new themes! This Sunday we are celebrating our third birthday.

We’ve decided to make it a retrospective program discussing our progress over the three years and playing some tracks from various shows. We will deconstruct the process of how you get a program up on JOY 94.9 and disclose some of the challenges and highlights and pay tribute to some of the people who have supported us throughout. And particularly to you, our listeners, who have offered praise and feedback.

So sit back, enjoy and listen to the sounds of Yesterday Once More from the past three years.
