Welcome to another hour of A Touch Of Pink, your show for tracks with a pop trash / gay / remix flavour. This week we have quite a few newish tracks, and quite a few high energy tracks. Good on Hazel Dean for re-jigging her 1996 album of ABBA covers, The Winner Takes It All, and who wouldn’t love a Matt Pop remixed album? Nathalie Archangel (you gotta love that name) has reinvented her career with a Matt Popp remix on “Unleashed’. Ross Alexander has remade the Animotion hit, and Peter Wilson has discovered a little known Giorgio Moroder gem from 1991, originally recorded by Sabrina (Boys, Boys, Boys), remember her? Bielfield has teamed up with Courtney Act to produce a surprisingly sophisticated dance track, and RuPaul has teamed with out gay singer Chris Willis for a re-jig of her ‘Free 2 be’ single from 1995.

My Song Of The Week is “Living Out Loud’ by american singer/rapper Brooke Candy featuring Australia’s own Sia on additional vocals (see above). The song is pure pop, with a nice message, but the biggest vote is for Brooke coming out as pansexual. Much like Sia. And good on them both.
