On today’s Escape Pod, we welcomed Roger Ungers. Roger is a budding travel documentary producer and presenter. His series Being Overseas was initially aired on the internet, via www.vimeo.com/channels/beingoverseas. This first series detailed his very first overseas travel experience – a European adventure taking in the sights of London, Dublin, Cornwall, Torquay, France, Italy, Paris, Amsterdam, Austria, Germany and Latvia. Roger’s second series is about to be aired on Channel 31 here in Victoria next Tuesday night 4 th July.
Listen in as Roger shares with us what it is like to be a “one man band” – travelling and producing a show solo while he navigates new places and people.
Roger’s motto is “there is only one world” and he is keen to share it!
