With 15 years experience in the entertainment industry award winning producer Katherine Brooks takes time out of her busy schedule to chat to the Her Society girls. We find out all about her recent projects including the very unique documentary face 2 face as well as finding out the real deal regarding reality TV.

Through hard work and dedication to her craft Katherine has been incredibly successful directing some of the hottest television series and award winning feature films of the decade. Her long list of achievements include reality TV shows “The Simple Life”, “The Osbournes”, “The Real World” and “The Newlyweds” as well as the iconic motion pictures “Loving Annabelle” and “Waking Madison”.At the ripe age of 16 Katherine left her home town of Louisiana and made the gutsy move to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for a career in the film industry. With a mere 150 dollars to her name and her car doubling as a motel she began documenting life on the streets of LA before getting her big break through entering a short film competition. Her winning film “Dear Emily” led her to producing the reality series “The Osbournes” launching her overwhelming success. In addition to her film and television credits Katherine has also received the Power Up award in 2011 for being a strong voice and activist for the LGBT community as well as the LACE award for women who have made a difference in the arts and entertainment industry. There is just no end to this lady’s talents!
