Over the 22 weeks of this program, we’ll be exploring the history of JOY – the first 30 years.
We’ll try to give you a real sense of where, why and how Australia’s first gay and lesbian radio station came into being; what these first 30 years were like for those involved; and where we find ourselves now.

In this podcast of Episode 1, we share our intentions, circumstances, and sources of information to illustrate how and why we will take you on this journey through the story – so far – of JOY Radio.
