Rach and Dean took a step back in time on JOY Breakfast, as they dove into into the Dean Dean time Machine and went back 40 years to to the day to the formation of Thorne Harbour Health, which became a central part of the Victorian community response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
On the 12th of June 1983, a meeting was held at the Laird ‘O Cockpen Hotel in Collingwood to form an action group.
