Carissa Lee is a Noongar actor born on Wemba-Wemba country who’s worked across theatre, film and television, and has also completed a PhD focusing on cross-cultural collaborations.
Carissa will soon be appearing in the children’s TV series, ‘Planet Lulin’, in the role of the vibrant and enthusiastic – if somewhat daggy – Principal Cruz.
Because the show highlights the importance of acceptance, kindness, and empathy, Rach & Dean knew we had to speak to Carissa to find out more.
You can check out Carissa in the series ‘Planet Lulin’, which will go to air weekdays on ABC ME in the new year, with all episodes available on ABC iview on the 1st of January.
