How often do you hear the term ‘busy’. We’re all busy aren’t we? It’s something that we accept as part of modern life – to a point where it can take a toll on our fitness and health.
You might be surprised that many ancient civilisations were also so busy that a physician complained that his patients didn’t devote enough time to keeping fit.
It’s not a new problem after all. If we are busy, how can we ensure that we stay fit and healthy?
