Ancient people were busy too and also struggled with work life balance

How often do you hear the term ‘busy’. We’re all busy aren’t we? It’s something that we accept as part of modern life – to a point where it can take a toll on our fitness and health.

Guest: Konstantine Panegyres is a McKenzie Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Melbourne.

Presenter: Warren Andrew
