It’s 1997. JOY 90.7 is on air at regular intervals as much as is permitted by the Australian Broadcast Association as it continues in a test broadcaster capacity, awaiting the opportunity to submit an application for a full time licence in Melbourne.  Community wise treatments for those with HIV are rapidly improving and optimism for a better future abounds. What better way to celebrate than an Almighty records release featuring the former lead singer of Shakatak.  1997 is the year of Jackie Rawe and I Believe in Dreams on JOY.
