‘Kick It’ celebrates the 2023 FIFA Womens World Cup taking place in Aus/NZ in July/August. The show will review the matches, the stories and key players and teams, engage with soccer experts, interview local LGBTIQA+ friendly soccer teams, and organisations about their inclusivity policies and practices. It's also about how sport is a way to connect communities, its role within the Australian ecosystem of sport, women's and LGBTIQA+ rights, and supporting physical and mental health. The show excites us about soccer and sport, entertain, and educate about soccer and how sport is an opportunity for engagement between our Rainbow community and the wider community.
