Are you desperate to have a companion animal in your life, but now is just not the right time for you with work and life for a long term commitment? Do you have a couple of weeks here and there you’d love to devote to changing the life of a shelter animal? This week on Pets-A-Loud we were joined by Chris J from the C+C Drive Factory to chat all about Foster Caring!

September is Foster Care Month and we looked at how you can join our team of incredible volunteers.

Coming up on the show:

• We check in with our foster care and volunteer coordinator about how you can become a foster carer for The Lost Dogs’ Home,
• We hear from prolific LDH kitten foster carer Pam and Jane from Guide Dogs Victoria on the merits of fostering animals,

And, in celebration of Father’s Day we visited the home of David and Mauricio who adopted the gorgeous Smokey from Best Friends last year!
