Sonja The Squeamer and Lauren Stardust are at the Melbourne Media Call for the exhibition David Bowie Is opening at ACMI in Melbourne! It was Media Call time and turned out to be one of the busiest media previews ACMI have ever had ! Lights camera Action and Bowie…It was quite a morning and speakers for the opening included CEO of ACMI Katrina Sedgwick and assistant curator of the David Bowie Is travelling exhibition Dr Kathryn Johnson.
So before we took our sneak peek, have a listen to hear just what the exhibition is all about, where it has been and what is involved in putting together such a massive eclectic collection from Bowie the man himself ! With a cover performance by Geraldine Quinn of Bowie’s Let’s Dance.
