On this episode of The Informer we look back at the first Mardi Gras protest 40 years ago as we look past that night, and the continuing activism and protest we don’t hear about.

We head to Tel Aviv for Tel Aviv Pride and hear the diversity of what pride means to a country whose government use the LGBTI community to improve its reputation while doing nothing to make their lives better.

And we find out how you can nominate someone to have a Pride Seat dedicated to them in Sydney’s inner west.
