The influence of growing up and hearing about Christine Jorgenson’s transition, the impact that Christine’s story had on Amanda, the revelation that she is just not alone. Dealing with life lead to a long association with drugs and alcohol.

How society imposes strict gender roles and expectations.

All of the things we have to consider as a transgender individual.

How Amanda was advised by the late Trudy Kennedy that if you do not look like a woman you will make a very hard road for yourself.

It does not matter wether you look female or look male, or wether you ware female or male clothes, it is within yourself, it is the way you relate to other people that makes you male or female. Once you have gained the confidence of exposing yourself in public, you can deal with the ridicule that you may encounter in public.

Gender expression is important.

Life’s choices, You can work as a man and get the money, you can socialize as a woman and have the female life, at home what does it matter.

If You are Transgender, We are born Transgender and will always be Transgender, it is just wether  or wether not we choose to transition.
