New music to weekdays (3 June, 2015)

Jason Derulo – Cheyenne (WB/WMA)
Blonde ft. Alex Newell – All Cried Out (ffrr/WMA)
Brandon Flowers – I Can Change (UMA)
Zedd ft. Jon Bellion – Beautiful Now (UMA)
Taylor Swift – Bad Blood (no rap mix) (BIG/UMA)
Anja Nissen – Anyone who Had a Heart (UMA) [AU]
Dami Im – Smile (SME) [AU]
Little Sea – Change for Love (SME) [AU]
Zyan Luxe – Look Me in the Eye (QUARK) [AU]

Kicking off our new music this week is American R&B and dance singer-songwriter Jason Derulo, with the second single from his fourth studio album. Cheyenne is the follow-up to the top 5 lead single, ‘Want to Want Me’.

UK deep-house production duo Blonde hit our airwaves for the first time. All Cried Out is a collaboration with out-and-proud Glee Star Alex Newell, and we think you are going to love it.

The lead singer of The Killers, Brandon Flowers, is back with the second single from his second studio album. ‘I Can Change’ is an emotional pop-rock anthem showcasing Brandon at his best.

Russian Grammy-winning producer Zedd releases ‘Beautiful Now’, the second single from his debut album. It follows his top 20 hit from earlier this year with Selena Gomez, ‘I Want You to Know’.

Taylor Swift can do no wrong. Her fourth single from 1989 has rocketed straight to the top of the Australian charts on debut. We’ve gone with the non-rap version of ‘Bad Blood’ for weekday JOY.

The winner of last year’s The Voice Australia, Anja Nissen, is back in the charts with her cover of the Burt Bacharach classic ‘Anyone who Had a Heart’.

Our 2013 X Factor winner, Dami Im, wants to #makeyousmile and we think the very jaunty ‘Smile’, will do just that.

Sydney based pop-rockers Little Sea have been around for a couple of years. Sony Music have now picked them up – and we’ve picked up their debut major-label release, Change for Love.

Pittsburgh native Zyan Luxe is an out-and-proud independent singer-songwriter. His debut solo release, ‘Look Me in the Eye’ is lots of gay fun.

Set your alarm and tune into Rochén and Michael on the six at six for the newest songs to the mix, every weekday at 6am Melbourne time.
