After today’s show Chris is off overseas for 5 weeks, lucky him! David has joined the boys today and he will ‘be Chris’ for the next 5 weeks.

Today, the boys talk about the first conviction of drunk driving in 1897 and then they discuss all the community education/awareness events happening this month including:

  • Child Protection Week & the book ’My Underpants RULE’ which helps empower kids to protect themselves;
  • R U OK Day on 11 September;
  • Women’s Health Week 7-11 September;
  • Men’s Health Month Blue September – men’s cancer and health awareness

They also discuss the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York in 2001 as well as Mark Bingham and Bingham Rugby Cup.
