BROAD’s Sonja Hammer talks to Alisha Jade comics artist and creator at this years 2016 Ledgers Awards in Melbourne, Australia.

Alisha talks to Sonja about her journey to something called the Banksia Project which is a  project for women cartoonist and comics artists to become a part of to enable them to become confident in their work and how to promote themselves at pop-culture events like Supanova (which it is in association with).

Alisha is an amazing and hard working woman in comics herself and has a lot to offer emerging female artists who want to acquire the skills to manage their art and raise their visibility in the Australian comics community.
