We hear about the Melbourne Fringe Festival from Simon Abrahams. He is new in the chair as Creative Director & CEO, looking forward to all that is happening this year from 16 Sept. through to 4 Oct., plus thinking ahead to 2016 and beyond. But was Simon slightly less than enthusiastic about David’s offer to stage a snow globe and garden gnome exhibition?

Jason Tuazon-McCheyne phones in to chat about Saturday’s marriage equality rally. He and his husband Adrian first challenged Australian marriage laws in 2004 after celebrating their own marriage in Canada. As a footy tragic, Jason also speaks briefly about the first ever pride event within an AFL fixture, kicking off before the Essendon vs Adelaide game at Etihad Stadium.
